General rental conditions of the apartments

These general conditions of sale govern the rental of apartments at Le Chat Perché, located in Allemond (38114), accessible to individuals and businesses via the website, and are intended to define the rights and obligations of landlord and tenant.

They are an integral part of the seasonal rental contract that binds the owner and the tenant.

Check-in and Check-out

We welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.  
In case of late arrival or delay, please let us know on +33 (0)7 88 06 23 04 so that we can organize ourselves and welcome you in the best conditions.

On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10am. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before. You have the possibility to leave your luggage the day of your arrival from 10 am.

Capacity and visits

The contract and price of your stay are based on a specific number of guests indicated upon booking.
On request and validation, external guests are allowed to visit during the day.
However, if you wish to invite external guests to sleep in your accommodation, a request must be made and, subject to validation, a supplement of €25 per person and per night as well as the tourist tax will be invoiced.


The reservation will only be validated upon receipt of the deposit (if the reservation is made more than 30 days before arrival on the premises) or of the full rent and charges (if the reservation is made 30 days or less before arrival). in places).

Tourist tax

To the price of the stay is added a tourist tax collected by the host on behalf of the Community of Communes of Oisans. The amount of the applicable tourist tax is €1.30 per night and per adult.


Cancellation by the tenant

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the sums committed will be fully refunded.

  • If the reservation was made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation.

  • Beyond that, a 70% refund of the total amount of your stay applies up to 7 days before arrival.

  • No refund will be made after this period and the totality of the amount due is to be paid.

  • In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired at Le Chat Perché

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation by owner

  • The apartments being offered for rent on other vacation rental sites, and in order to avoid double bookings, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the order, by proceeding with a refund. full sums paid, without compensation or indemnity, or by proposing other dates of stay.

  • If the reservation is canceled by the Lessor after 48 hours, the latter has an obligation, under article 1590 of the Civil Code, to return double the deposit to the Tenant. All other sums paid will be fully refunded, without compensation or indemnity.

Health context

In the event of a situation of confinement or limitation/prohibition of travel imposed by the French state on your dates of stay, the sums incurred will be fully reimbursed.

Security deposit

When entering the apartment, you will be asked for a security deposit.

  • Amount of security deposit (in cash): €300

This deposit is intended to cover any damage and damage to furniture and objects. It will be returned on departure of the tenant after verification of the premises.


You are responsible for all damages caused by you. You are therefore required to be insured by a holiday-type insurance contract for these various risks.

Good neighborhood

We hope your stay will be filled with laughter, games and lively discussions. However, for the respect of the neighborhood, we ask you to limit the sound volume inside and outside the property.

  • Please avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to allow neighbors to sleep peacefully.

  • If neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit and rental amount.


We make sure to offer you a perfectly clean and tidy accommodation.

  • A cleaning fee is included in the price of your rental. However, we ask you to leave your apartment in a correct state. 

  • Before your departure, however, we thank you for putting away the dishes, emptying the garbage cans and cleaning the barbecue.

  • Please also replace all equipment and furniture in its original place.

Bedding and linens
  • Your vacation rental is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets and pillows, as well as the corresponding sheets. To ensure the cleanliness of the bedding, it is imperative to always use suitable mattress pads and sheets.

  • Sheets, towels and other linens (bath mats, tea towels, etc.) are provided according to the number of people given when booking.

Use of premises
  • In order to preserve the parquet floors, please remove your shoes inside the apartment.

  • The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open if you use the heating.

  • Please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl except toilet paper.

  • You can freely use the material made available to you.

  • Pets are not allowed in our vacation rentals.

Household waste
  • Bins are available in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

  • When you leave, the garbage bag for household waste must be closed and placed in the container at the end of the path leading to the main road.

  • Sorting containers are located in the direction of the center of Allemond or in the direction of Grenoble.

  • When leaving the premises, be sure to close all the windows and lock the apartment door. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

  • Never leave children unattended, inside or outside the home.

  • In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the Samu, 17 for the police).

Damage or malfunction
  • In case of breakage or accidental damage, don't panic, it can happen! However, it is essential to keep us informed.

  • In case of failure or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for troubleshooting or repairs can be taken into account without our agreement.

Non-compliance with the rules

We have established these rules so that each tenant can stay with us safely and, above all, have a good time.

  • Failure to follow any of these house rules is a violation of the terms of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you signed.

  • We reserve the right to evict from the property any guest or visitor who refuses to abide by these rules.

  • In any case, please use common sense during your stay. If you are unsure of the interpretation of any of the rules and need clarification, please do not hesitate to call us.

Election of domicile

For the execution of the present, the parties elect domicile at the address mentioned at the top of the present and agree that the competent court will be that of the territory in which the rented premises are located. This contract and its consequences are subject to French law.
