Each apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen including gas stove, traditional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (plan your capsules) and toaster. You will find pots, pans and pans as well as all the necessary crockery available.

Our apartments are very suitable for babies and young children who remain under the responsibility of their parents during their stay. We provide a cot, a high chair, a changing table and a small bathtub on request.

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. However, you can drop off your luggage upstream if necessary. For any arrival outside this slot, please contact us so that we can welcome you as best as possible.

A washing machine/dryer will be available for rentals from winter 2023/2024. The construction of the premises is in progress! Until then, we will put a washing machine at your disposal in an adjacent building on request. Laundry machines are available in the town of Bourg-d'Oisans, 8km from Chat Perché at the Carrefour Market and in the Casino car park.

Departures are until 10 a.m. at the latest.

The contract and price of your stay are based on the number of people indicated when booking. Upon request and validation, you can receive external people during the day. If, however, you wish to invite outsiders to sleep in your rental, a request must be made and, subject to acceptance, a supplement of €25 per person and per night as well as the tourist tax will be invoiced.< /p>

For our cycling customers, we have a secure bike room at your disposal. We also offer a space for the maintenance and washing of your bike during your stay.

All household linen is provided. The beds are made upon your arrival and for your comfort we have chosen 100% cotton bed linen. We also provide towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. If during your stay you need additional household linen, do not hesitate to let us know.

During your stay, you can park your vehicle in the parking lot of the property.
